Our early years follow the EYFS framework of three prime areas (communication and language; physical development; personal, social and emotional development) and four specific areas (literacy, mathematics, understanding the world, expressive arts and design). In practice, that means play planned with a purpose: children building words, number sense and independence without ever suspecting it’s work.
