Pre-Prep Welcome
In Reception and Key Stage 1, children move from play-based learning towards more formal work without losing the joy, creativity and energy of early exploration. It’s a crucial stage, and our approach is personal: strong foundations in literacy, numeracy and inquiry-led learning, built at the pace that’s right for each child.
Small classes mean each child is known and supported. Stretched when they’re flying, helped when they’re stuck. And character matters as much as curriculum. Through our values, children learn not just what they can achieve, but the kind of person they want to become.
