Every child known; every child appropriately challenged.
Learning Support (SEND / EAL)
As a non-selective school, we expect children to learn differently — and plan for it. Teachers monitor progress closely, and small classes give them room to differentiate in the moment: consolidation for those who need it, extension for those who are ready. Wherever possible, support staff work in class alongside teachers; where beneficial, children receive dedicated one-to-one support.
Our SENCO works with individual children and coordinates support, in close partnership with parents. The school has well-established links with educational psychologists, speech and language therapists, occupational therapists and physiotherapists, consulted as and when a child needs them. If your child has a specific need, talk to us early so we can plan for their circumstances.
