11+ & Senior School Preparation

Choosing and winning a senior school place is a milestone, and we approach it with care, expertise and a deep knowledge of every child. Preparation doesn’t begin in Year 6. It develops gradually through a child’s time with us, building academic confidence, independence and resilience long before anyone mentions the word “exam”.

What preparation includes

  • Interview practice and examination technique
  • Additional preparation sessions from Year 4

Throughout, we hold the balance between academic preparation, co-curricular life and wellbeing. We know that children who are happy, motivated and rested perform better in January than children who are drilled.
